These product for both domestic market 50% and international market 50%. Q: What is your accepted payment type?
A: Wire transfer, Paypal and Western Union. We only accept Paypal and Western Union for payment amounts with small amount.
Q: Which forwarder do you usually work with?
A: We accept to work with all different forwarders, first we follow the rules who pay the cost to forwarder who decide which forwarder to use, second if the forwarder with good service and lower cost we will choose that forwarder. Such as the FOB price terms, we use our own forwarder for the domestic shipping, after on board buyer choose the forwarder for the ocean shipping etc.
Q: Which courier/express forwarder do you usually work with for samples?
A: We work with DHL, Fedex, UPS, EMS, TNT and other directly line logistic forwarders. Assigned your own forwarder for shipment is available.
Q: What’s your approval process and samples submit for approval?
A: We submit the fit sample with same quality fabric/material but available color for approval the measurement of specs, workmanship and material quality, the PP sample(pre-production sample) with exact same quality and color for approval to start production, shipping sample with exact same as the goods we shipped, during the whole production we will submit the fabric L/D, strike off and accessories samples for approval. And other necessary submits base on the product type and other terms and conditions.
Q: What about your quality assurance/control?
A: We have the quality assurance team inspect each process of the production, we welcome the customer and third party inspect the goods any time.
Q: What’s the sample ready date?
A: The ready-made sample can send out the same day or second day. The new design sample need 3-10days, the sample with no or less accessories embroidery, special prints will about 3 days produced, if the sample with embroidery, prints and special accessories need order separately will need about 10days to make the sample.
Q: What about the bulk production time?
A: For ODM and OEM service customized order, normal order quantity need 20-50days less than 10000pieces, the big quantity need to check mainly we adjust our production plan to meet the customer urgently delivery. For the ready-made factory own design goods have stock can ship out 3-5days.
Q: What’s your supply type?
A: ODM and OEM service we produce the goods the same as per customer own design; we also support our own design if customer like our design; we also work with customer to make the best suitable design for customer market.
Q: How to make an order?
A: All these processes are negotiable, can proceed as per buyer convenience.
